Community Groups

Community Groups are the heartbeat of New Covenant. The Church strives to provide places for people to come and find others they can share their lives with. Find a Community Group, get plugged in and have a place to live and work out the gospel with others. Below is a list of our current Community Groups at New Covenant with their locations, meeting times, and descriptions.

Martes House Community Group - 2nd/4th Monday of the month- 7pm - Hosted by Gerardo and Adelina Marte, in the Blue Lake Neighborhood. A great time for friends and families to gather for a meal, study, discussion, and prayer in a friendly environment.  3370 Beau Rivage Dr. Apt. P3, Pompano Bch, 33064-  Map

Garage Time w/ Pastor Jim :: Men – Meets every other Tuesday- 7pm – led by Pastor Jim. If you’re a gear head or a racing nut, it’s always a great time to gather in the garage. Come together with other men and enjoy some quality shop talk. 4958 NW 49th Ave, Coconut Creek, 33073-  Map

Design to Shine – Women’s Community Group – Meets 1st/3rd Thursday of the month – 6pm – Led by Sherrie Vera. Hosted at New Covenant (Conference Rm). Whether you’re coming from work or home, this group is a great place to recharge, learn, and enjoy time with other women sharing similar life experiences.

BluePrint for Life - Men's Community Group - Meets 1st/3rd Thursday of the month- 6pm - Hosted in the Fellowship Room at New Covenant. A great time for men to enjoy being together with Bible study and prayer.

Pray, Laugh, Love Ladies Fellowship - Join other ladies for fellowship, prayer, and opportunities for community service. For more information, contact Debbie Preston- dpreston@newcovenantfl.org.

CAMEO – Women’s Community Group – Meets 1st/3rd Wednesday of the month -  11:30am-1:30pm – Led by Margaret Messmer, hosted @ New Covenant (Fellowship Rm) over lunch. If you’re able to get away from work for lunch, or are retired, this warm and friendly time is a breath of fresh air. Bring your lunch and enjoy Bible Study and prayer with a great group of ladies.

Marriage Encounter - Meets 1st/3rd Friday of the month- Led by Jose and Terri Rojas.  Marriage Encounter gives couples the opportunity to meet with other couples and be encouraged by each other in the issues that many face in marriage. The group will use Dr. Emerson Eggerichs Love & Respect, as well as Gary Chapman's The Five Love Languages as guides. Both can be found in our book store.
